Are they being entered or not? If not, how do I fix it, or is it a game error?

Okay, so for the past month ive been buying Weekly Drawing tickets. Apparently they are not getting entered (or I don't know how to), as right now:
"<AP> You have 70 entries for the Weekly drawing. 18:02:06"
I am at 70 entries!!!

They will be drawn for this week.
