I like both to be honest, Sugimori artwork is the best quality images you can get for Pokemon, but the sprites colours look mroe defined making them (colourwise) stand out fron the card frame and background whereas the Sugimori art blends in with the frame and background

one question guys i took the basicframe in the how to build a card threat...but the first link dosnt work and the basic frame of the new link has a little bit blurry numbers...mybe anybody can send me the basicframe with the better visible numbers...?

That would be the proper frame, either you're not using photoshop, or you're doing something horribly wrong to the numbers

Here is a Gyarados remake I did as a Special Gold and Silver Version Card with Shiny Gyarados on the Red Side, Gold being Red and Silver being Blue.
