It's back to doing the up to 15% and then dropping down to 0% again.

Several people have reported it to me and I checked myself.

I'll inform Atom when I can get a hold of him.

I think I am closer to finding out the root cause. I did reboot all the servers now. I apologize for the inconvenience.
