My other vote went to the RPG thing. Not exactly sure how that's envisioned, but chances are I'd look into it.

With a few exceptions, I don't really post for the sake of posting; rather, to ask or share something more or less relevant to my interests. The easiest way to get me more active would probably be a larger, more active community (vicious circle ftw), which would make it more likely for me to find something that draws my attention.

I like the Keep/Kill threads, the Acronym Thread and the Name Something more _____ than ____ threads. Those type of on-going threads are always good to raise our overall posting count and sometimes provide some decent laughs so they are a plus in my book.

I am interested in how this Forum RPG will develop, I am sure there will be more with it once we re-structure the game itself and the achievements.

As for "Other"

1-A) I did suggest the whole badges/trophies type thing to be displayed in people's stats. I'll find a forum that does something similar to what I am talking about to give you an idea of what I mean. Just think that having something like that might help make the forums most fun, not drastically mind you, but every little bit helps.

1- Possibly a few In-game things could also be listed on the forums if we do add in the trophies to forum statistics. Or maybe you could add a spot somewhere on our stats to list what guild we are in as well. Just throwing out suggests to see what feedback the ideas get.

2) Definitely leave siggys they way they are, a lot of folks were thrilled by the new signature allowances, so that's something we should definitely keep the way it is, signatures are a part of a forum.

3) I think with all the recent tournaments, hunts and weekend fun we've had that has probably been a major contribution to all our forums traffic. We should probably look to keeping that sort of thing going on regularly so traffic doesn't die down once we stop doing events like this. As long as I can supply prizes and enough people join, I don't mind managing tournaments if they help activity like they have been.

I'll add more if anything else comes to mind.

I voted Economy/RPG and AP for posting.
The AP post would have to be capped at something sensible though, such as 25ap for logging in to the forums per 24 hrs and then 5ap per post up to a max of 200ap a day(24hr period) in total. so you could log in(25) and post 35 times(175) to get the 200ap in a 24 hr period. Maybe upping to to 25 per post, so you can post 7 times, getting 25 per post. Every post after that would get you 0ap though. Basically.. a sensible cap on AP that isnt gonna induce spamming for the sake of AP... 7 posts in a 24hr period isnt a bad limit now i look at it.

People are not really posting to post these days. Even if they were, it is easy to tell and we can adjust the AP as a penalty. I do not want to put caps on anything.
