I am now acquiring control over the deck submissions since I have a card proofer, not available to the public.

THESE RULES DO NOT APPLY TO CARDS ALREADY IN-GAME

You will be given $30 Triple Triad Extreme Cash if deck when the deck is approved and deployed. If the rules are not followed, you will not get the full $30 and it might get rejected altogether.

The following are the rules on deck submissions (there are NO exceptions):

• Decks must have a thread in the Deck building thread with community support.
  
• Card names cannot already exist.
  
• Card names and their associated file names must exist, case-sensitive.
  
• Number combinations should not exist. No more than 20% of the deck can have repeating numbers.
  
• 1 Letter Card names are not allowed.
  
• Cards with 4 of the same number are not allowed.
  
• Cards with 3 of the same number are not permitted with a number close to the repeating number; also cannot be 10.
  
• There must be at least 4 SEs per deck submitted.
  
• Apostrophes are not allowed in card names.
  
• As should be represented as 10 in the *.db file.
  
• *.db files are required.
  
• Elements should be lower case.
  
• No AA Corner Cards

Levels (from here on out, not retroactive):

1 = No more than 12
2 = 12-14
3 = 15-17
4 = 17-19
5 = 20-21
6 = 22
7 = 23
8 = 24-25
9 = 26-27, if 27 no more than 1 10
10 = 27-29
ECs = 27-28
SEs = 29-30
Mythical = 31-32, Pre-approval required by Atomicstorm.

I will only accept *.zip files. The zip files must be in the following hierarchy (folder names are lower case):

DeckName.zip [Contains]

Deck Name (Folder) -> Blue (Folder) -> {Blue Cards}
Deck Name (Folder) -> Red (Folder) -> {Red Cards}
Deck Name (Folder) -> Deck Name.db (database file)

In addition, the following must also be included in your deck submission:

• A short writeup of at least 300 characters telling about the deck, the deck origins, and the characters involved independent of the deck itself. For example, for the Anime deck, I would want a 300 character writeup about the Anime included in this deck. This is the deck lore for the Deck Wiki.
  
  
• At least 4 pack names, number of cards in the pack, the card guarantee of that deck, and if those packs include cards from another deck (cross-overs). 4 packs are minimum, 10 packs maximum.

Last but not least: You must also provide a copy of your deck WITHOUT numbers or elements.

These rules are subject to change. If you are intending to create a deck, you must claim rights to the creation of that deck by getting community support by starting a thread in the skin design/deck building forum. You will have then 2-4 weeks to build that deck or you will lose the rights on that deck and someone else can claim it. If you do not intend to put in the effort, please do not bother creating the thread.

I won't be enforcing duplicate combinations strictly on any deck before LU03 barring that it is not significant.
