eh... hi i kinda felt like coming back to this game after about a year pause :P

I had my password reset on the forums so i could login but im getting the incorrect password thing in the game... any help plz?

btw i'm assumed my password was the same as it used to be, or its the same as the one set in the forums... i tried both and got incorrect password... anyways i'll prolly make a new account....

ok... nevermind... i just made a new account and it says my password is set for me...

yet i didnt get any email that contained my password... how do I get in.... D: i think i'll wait till my old account is fixed....

Well, if the problem persists, contact Lumi via the Support page and let him know. That tends to happen to some e-mail accounts.

Or, take the generic step of checking your e-mail provider's junk mail box - a lot of legitimate stuff ends up in there.

well theres a problem with that... for some reason, i submit a ticket and it never sends me an email about my ticket number... i tried with both my emails... nothing still, its been over a day for the first one and the second one... about 5 hours already... still nothing

and yea, i already know the second obvious step, check junk

yea i can wait, but first i need some information that things are working, because if i do something like the ticket thing, how would i know if it went thru. it says it sent an email, but i never recieved any, so i can only assume either the ticket thing is broken, or its just a problem with my email address...

sorry if i made it sound like i was in a rush
