Ugh is it really neccessary to have a password protected guild forum?

The thing is that person's guild IS stored in database...
And if the guild stored in database doesnt match guild forum's name, the forums could automatically deny access to it...
Wouldn't it be more convenient this way? :\

Why there would be a need for password if only guild members could actually enter the forums?
