Version 2 Guild (Unnamed as of now)

As a preparation for Version 2 that will debut soon, we (the bankers) have been devising a guild system for a few select people (about ten or so). Throughout a period of 4 months or so, we've worked hard to amass a sizeable account. Happily enough, the account's growth has increased exponentially. As is the case, we feel it is time that we spoil a few individuals with increased opportunity. Although we haven't devised every specific detail, we have gained an overall insight to as how this guild will function.

For those of you who know me, you know that every guild I've ever run has a point system. This guild will be no different. As you accomplish tasks, win tournaments, and participate in a wide variety of events, you will accumulate points that increase your ranking. Along with these Guild Points you receive, you will also receive other points called Benefit Points. You will receive these for participating in special tasks.

Guild Points increase your ranking in the guild, and thus increases your weekly pay. The higher level you are, the higher pay you will receive. However, payment will only be given to active members (then again, inactive members will be promptly removed from the guild to make room for those who would gladly participate).

Benefit Points will be able to be used for buying Guild Benefits. These include reduced card prices at the bank (which are already pretty low), reduced interest rates for loans, card hunting rights (the bank will hunt down cards for you at a price you set at very little or no profit), etc. This is only a small taste of the possible benefits you can receive from Benefit Points.

Because DWBank is the center of this guild, we have devised a system that will benefit both the bank and the guild members equally. The guild members will be basically paid to use the Bank's GP. I shy from giving out complete details since we still need to smooth out some kinks, but in essence, guild members will search for cards the bank wants at a set price, and the members will receive not only immediate profit from the bank, but increased weekly payment. If this is confusing, we apologize. It'll be further explained later once we've got the entire system organized.

Guild Tournaments is a given. These will be held frequently to increase the guild's TT skill (which is very important to this guild). These tournaments will be unlike the ones run by the bots. Score will matter, and each game will be recorded down to reflect a much larger tournament run throughout a month's time. This will be further expounded in a future post.

Also, I plan on writing a story reflecting our guild. Each person that joins the guild will get a chapter describing their fictional history (the member will choose a few small details describing their character's personality tratis and physical nature). After all the historical introductions have been written, I will continue to write a fantasy story depicting the guild's progress and activities. The story will be purely symbolic to make it more exciting (for example, if you won a guild tournament that, you may be the hero in a great battle or something in the story). In a way, it'll be a guild journal.

In preparation for future possible updates (in hope that Koji's guild war idea comes to life), we will only accept people will advanced skill in the guild. You will have to have an extreme understanding of the game rules. This guild will be a group of elitists in other words. If you really want in this guild and don't have adequate Triple Triad skill, you best start training. We're going to be quite picky about those who we accept.

This guild will not officially open until Version 2. However, we wanted to probe your thinking and give you time to prepare as well. This was only a taste of some of the guild ideas, and we're continually devising more ways to make it fun for the members. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Nope, sorry. There is no possible way for you to be in this guild and in another. We expect to have a small guild, in fact, that's what we want. We won't be actively seeking after members.

I would love to join a guild that has a significance in the game, having already tried two times in the Questria ages to create a guild with importance, i would like to contirbute to a guild with others that have the same idea for once.

You have a while to think about it. It won't open up till Version 2. Besides, the only thing you should be pondering is whether to try out for the guild. No one will be a member of the guild just because they want. Like I said, we want the best. If you're level isn't up to par, then sorry, keep trying.
