 When Darky went mad... Well, seeing as the trend at the moment is writing stories, I think I'll give it a try! Prelude: The Birth of a Hero "This is the place..." Thought Wakka, a fifteen year old male, as he approached the DW mansion, "This has to be the place..." Walking up to the old and rusted gates as icy cold rain pelted his back, Wakka's rage was building as he remembered what DarkLumina did. How his servants destroyed his town, how Lumi himself killed his mother and father. He reached the gates, which to his surprise, were'nt locked. Pushing his way through, he broke into a sprint, tears of anger sprouting from his eyes. He reached the door, and pulled it open... "Welcome, Wakka," said a dark and booming voice from inside the house, "I have been waiting for you..." Wakka rushed inside. Eventually he came up to a dark room, that contained a desk,and a large chair that faced the fireplace. Various pictures of Lumi ran along the walls, all of them staring at the intruder who had just come in. Wakka ran in, fists clenched, but suddenly stopped. This was too easy, he knew Lumi wouldn't leave himself open for a attack. "You monster!" Wakka yelled, "Why did you kill all those people!" Lumi sighed. "When I created Darkwind I wanted it to be the perfect place, but now filth has littered my perfect land. I have to purify the streets, because to make this place a heaven on Earth, sacrifices have to be made." "Die, Scum!!!" Wakka screamed, as he drew his knife and lunged at where Lumi was sitting. He stabbed his knife through Lumi's chair. Finally, it was over... but wait... Wakka felt a disturbance. He looked behind him, only to have Lumi turn him into stone. "Foolish Child..." Lumi said, and with that, he cast the statue into a cave, deep underground. He then sealed it, so that the rage stricken face of Wakka would never be seen again...

| lol dont worry, keep reading and it will make sense sooner or later... I think  Chapter 1: Memories Lost "Tally ho!" Yelled a very excited and British-sounding HEGrenade as he placed a stick of dynamite or two into the intent he made in the rock wall. "Fire in the hole!!!" KABLAMMO!!! The dynamite blew a big chunk out of the rock face, making an entrance to a underground cave. "Well chaps, no sense dawdling, theres a life we have to save!" HE's team consisted of himself, Raya (the technological expert) and Midnight, who just tagged along for something to do. The followed the cavern path, and made it to a room-like section, where a lone statue of a 15 year old boy lay. "Its just a statue!" Yelled HE, "Wheres the fricking person we have to save?" "I think this is it..." Exclaimed Raya, checking her sonar equipment, "That statue is reading as if its alive on my equipment." "He's been petrified..." said Midnight quietly. "Well don't just stand there, chasps, get him to the laboratory!!!" The 15 year old boy awoke on a bed surrounded by unfamilliar technology. He quickly jumped up, and adopted a defensive stance. Where was he? And, more importantly, who was he? Suddenly, a surge of pain broke through his mind. "Aaaarrrrggghhh!!!!" He screamed, as a little portion of his past was unlocked. Wakka... his name was Wakka... "Ah, chap, I see you have woken up!" proclaimed HE, who was watching him through the window. "My name is HEGrenade. What is your name?" "Uhh... Wakka..." "Well, Wakka! Lets get you out of that gown and into your old clothes!!!" "What?!" Questioned Wakka, as he suddenly realised that he was, in fact, wearing a gown. Raya walked in with his clothes, all clean and neatly folded. "Uh... I washed these for you... I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING!!!" "Okay... thanks..." Wakka said as he took his clothes off of the girl. "*Phew*" Raya sighed, and she quickly ran off. Wakka changed into his clothes, and HE took him on the grand tour of the laboratory. "This is our work bench." Said a very proud HE, "and this is my work stool." Leading him through various twisted corridors and rooms, they finally got to a steel door labled "Cryogenics". "Now, this is the room where we keep our leader after he was greatly injured in battle. We are curing him as we speak, but I'm afraid it will take time..." HE unlocked the door, only to find a figure surrounded by a green liquid. Wakka clasped his head. "AAAAARRRGGGGGHHH!!!!" Another surge of pain shot through his head, this time bigger than the last one. The pain was so strong, that wings had sprouted through his back, and opened up to a large diameter. "What... is... going... on!!!" His mind surged, unlocking all his forgotten memories, until Wakka couldn't take anymore and collapsed in a heap on the ground. He looked up at the person in the cryogenics container... "DarkLumina..."

| Im tossing up between two story lines here... So if this one doesn't go that well I'll destroy it and do the other one  Chapter 3: DarkLumina... Good? "Good God!" Yelled He, "What in blazes is going on? And why has he sprouted wings?" "He destroyed my town!!!" Wakka yelled. More of Wakka's memories had been unlocked, making him angry and full of rage. "I'll kill him!!!" "I say, what are you talking about Wakka?" "Wakka, you've got it all wrong." proclaimed Midnight, who was standing at the back of the room watching. "This DarkLumina is good." "What?" Wakka relaxed a little, but still was cautious of his surroundings. Lumi had destroyed his town, he could just as easily get these people to eliminate him at his weakest. "When Lumi created this world, the process split him in two." Midnight explained, "Good, and Evil. The good one, which you see here, strived to protect this land and everyone in it. Meanwhile, the evil one seeked to destroy it. The good Lumi got injured in a battle between the two, and now he resides here until he is cured. When Lumi was injured, the dark one took over this land, and destroyed anyone who got in his way. We are a resistance movement, trying to take back our land, and restore peace to this world." "So, this Lumi didn't destroy my town?" Wakka asked. "No! You numbnuts!" Raya shouted, "Weren't you listening?" "But what about my wings?" Wakka looked on his back, only to find that his wings were gone... "That," Midnight said, "I cannot explain." Suddenly, loud beeps were geard from the equipment hooked up to the cryogenics container. "Dammit!" yelled Raya, as all of the crew, except for Wakka who was dumbfounded, ran to different sections and started tapping madly on the keyboard. After a while, the bleeping stopped, and everyone relexed. "Thats the third time today!" Yelled HE. "Whats going on?" Asked Wakka. "I'm afraid that Lumi doesn't have that much time left. He needs the remedy, fast. But the problem is that the remedy is in Darky's fortress, which is guarded by... well... Guards!!!" "I'll get it!" Yelled Wakka, who was pumped at the idea of annoying Darky. "Alright... It will be dangerous, so lets get you equipped, shall we?" HE led Wakka off to the Weapons and Armour centre. The quest to save Lumi had begun...
