A few suggestions:

Disable the ability to leave the guild for members themselves... OR at least it should leave a notice to guild officers.... I really hate that a few guildmembers joined the other guild and I know nothing about that... they should ask first if they can leave the current one...

And enable kicking out members that are not online... how am I supposed to kick a member out if he will never be online?

If im mistakening anywhere here, then please write the commands and how to properly use them...
