Card Lore
Head of the Shinra Space Program which grew obsolete after the failure of Shinra No.26 to launch. Palmer confronts Cloud and his party in Rocket Town when attempting to, along with Rufus, steal Cids Tiny Bronco. Palmer provides a stern challenge for the party with his Mako Gun attack. Following the fight, Palmer is hit by a truck attempting to escape, in perhaps one of the funniest moments of any Final Fantasy game (or anything ever for that matter).
