Luca Blight is the eldest son of King Agares and Queen Sara Blight and the rightful heir to the throne of Highland. Luca was given command over Highlands armies by his father and wasted no time in starting a war with Jowston by massacring one of Highlands own youth brigades and making it appear that Jowston was responsible.
