Card Lore
The Cottonweed pokemon. First appearing in Generation II, this grass/flying type pokemon evolves from skiploom. The Platinum Pokedex entry states: "Blown by seasonal winds, it circles the globe, scattering cotton spores as it goes." Its name is a pun, using the words jump and fluff. It has a blue body and has three dandelions on it. It is a part of the not used tier in competitive battling.
